1. General Provisions

ep66 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") provides a safe and enjoyable online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the ep66.cam website and all services under it.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

New members have the opportunity to receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be completed to use this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per user, household, device or IP address.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• ep66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its conditions at its discretion.
• If ep66 suspects misuse of a bonus, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the ep66 platform are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The results of all games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are tested by third parties.

If an abnormal win or payout is displayed due to a technical error, that win will be considered void. ep66 accepts no liability in such cases. If a connection is lost during a game, the result of any round that was completed before the bet was displayed will be retained.

If any player attempts to exploit a technical error or system vulnerability in a deliberate manner, their account will be immediately terminated and all winnings may be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep66 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Participating in hacking, phishing or other cybercriminal activities.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Using bots, automated software or other unauthorised technology.
• Collusion (secretly coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage).
• Spreading false, misleading or illegal content through the platform.

ep66's fraud prevention team monitors all transactions and gaming activities around the clock. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities notified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ep66.cam website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and other elements — is the exclusive property of ep66 and is protected by copyright law.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ep66 is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The ep66 platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for the following:

• Any loss or forfeited bets resulting from an internet connection failure.
• Delays caused by server issues with third-party payment providers.
• Losses during unexpected technical errors or system maintenance periods.
• Misuse of your account credentials if it occurs due to your own negligence.

Under these Terms, ep66's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount you have deposited in the past 30 (thirty) days.
